And her Best Friend

Emily is my best friend, or as we like to say "my person." We met freshman year of college and both ran cross country and track. She continues to make fitness a priority and has completed 2 Ironmans! I could not have a blog that touched on fitness and health without her contributing to it, so all of her posts will be linked to this tab.
