Who eats... (Recipes)

My food philosophy is to try and focus on whole foods, which keeps things healthy and simple, but it is all about balance and moderation! I have a weakness for cool whip (I know, I know - cool whip is supposedly filled with chemicals, but they are tasty chemicals), ice cream, dark chocolate and more - but I balance it out with sweet potatoes, fruit and veggies galore. There is no reason to make eating too complicated.

After I post recipes to the blog, I will put links to all my recipes on this tab - just click. In the future, I hope to have different tabs that sorts all recipes into categories!
