Who loves to sweat ... (Workouts)

I try to workout about 6 days a week, and if I am training for a race (or even if I am not), my workouts usually involve running. I also teach barre and bootcamp classes and I can't wait to share some of those workouts here so that you can do them at home. I am a big believer in bodyweight exercises and I will admit I am a cardio addict!

When I post workouts on the the website I will post links to them on this tab! I hope my workouts can inspire others to get up and move!
